Refund and Return Policy

You have 15 days after the delivery date to change your mind (excluding gift cards which are neither exchangeable nor refundable).

In accordance with the Hamon law, cosmetic & hygiene products that have been unsealed/opened by the consumer after delivery cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

Once your request is validated, you will receive a return agreement.
You can then return the product(s) to us using the transport service of your choice: colissimo suivi, chronopost, etc. Return costs are your responsibility.

Upon receipt of your product, our customer service will confirm receipt by notifying you with an email. One of our operators will check the product's conformity status. If it is compliant (original packaging, unused, etc.), the refund will be made.

REFUND

Refunds are made within 15 days of receipt of your item(s) to the payment method used for your purchase. For security reasons, we are not authorized to make the refund to another account or via a credit card different from the one used for payment at the time of order.

RETURN RELAY POINT

Any return not collected from the relay point, within the carrier's time limit, may be refunded upon its return to stock in our warehouses, but the shipping and return costs will be automatically deducted.
